TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms of service carefully. Your participation in LEVEL classes and consultations will be subject to these terms and conditions. This is to ensure that the facilities are used properly and safely and that all clients can take full advantage of them without interfering with the enjoyment of others.

 

 

BOOKING POLICY

 

All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to LEVEL’s 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you’ve booked a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it. Out of consideration for the trainer and other participants, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train. Classes require three or more participants in order to take place.

 

 

LOCKERS

 

Lockers are provided for the use of LEVEL clients. Lockers may not be used overnight. Neither LEVEL, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for loss or damage to a client’s personal belongings.

 

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

 

LEVEL reserves the right to change its hours as considered necessary for the proper operation of the studio.

 

 

SAFETY

 

Your health and safety come first. LEVEL clients are advised to inform the instructor of any injuries, pains or concerns prior to the start of any class. LEVEL clients are advised to inform the instructor of any allergies, sensitivities or concerns prior to the start of any nutrition or essential oils consultation. If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or any unusual pain, stop your participation and inform a staff member immediately. Neither LEVEL, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for any injuries suffered by the client caused in whole or in part by the client’s failure to faithfully follow the instructions of the instructor.
