POWER YOGA
Sweat it out and tone your body with this vigorous, fitness-based yoga class. This class centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.
In addition to building muscle and endurance, you’ll develop mental strength and willpower as you work your way through this non-stop 90-min session.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. Yoga mat, blocks, straps and cushions are provided.
