INTRO TO MINDFULNESS

Develop and sharpen the rewarding skill of being fully present. In this workshop, you’ll bring your attention to what’s happening in the present moment ... and learn how to hold it there.

This one-day retreat will help train your attention on living in the present. Embracing mindfulness will allow you to focus on productive thoughts, reducing the power of unhelpful feelings. Your mental clarity will provide the foundation for confronting challenges, developing emotional resilience, and cultivating self compassion.

Like any acquired skill, mindfulness requires regular guided practice. LEVEL’s Tim Burnett will guide you on this journey to getting in touch with your mind and body and training your attention on the present moment.

A light breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be provided.
