Your children’s formative years are the perfect time to help them establish solid relationships with nutritious food. In the first part of the session, LEVEL’s youth-specialist naturopath and nutritionist Olivia Pearce will help you map out a well-balanced weekly meal plan, along with tips for a thoughtful family routine. Afterwards, parents will prepare 1 healthy main course, 2 side dishes and 3 delicious snacks. Please note any food allergies in the comments when you book this session.
